In 2019 the Pallacanestro Reggiana (Grissin Bon) basketball team decided to offer a gift to its city, Reggio Emilia. To improve the experience of their fans, they decided to install free Wi-Fi at their PalaBigi centre, the building used for home games.
In collaboration with NetribeSI System Integration, we created a network infrastructure to access the internet based on Extreme Networks (ex Aerohive) hardware. We also designed a dedicated management web app. This platform includes a dashboard and it was designed for added integrations to look at new ways to involve the fans and improve their experience.
